JJ-5 cement mortar mixer is manufactured according to the unified drawings of China National Building Materials Institute, and meets the standard equipment of China's implementation of international strength test (ISO679-1989(E)). It can also be used as a mixer for GB177--85 cement mortar test method instead of GB3350.1-82. It can also be used as a paste and mortar mixer for American standard, European standard, and Japanese standard cement test.

JJ-5 cement mortar mixer mainly consists of two-speed motor, sanding box, transmission box, main shaft, eccentric seat, mixing blade, mixing pot, base, column, support, cover and program controller.
Fourth, the working principle of cement mortar mixer (see Figure 1)
The two-speed motor (1) transmits power to the worm (3) in the transmission case (10) through the coupling (2) and transmits it to the main shaft via the worm wheel (6) and a pair of gears (7) and (9). ) and slow down. The main shaft drives the eccentric seat (12) to rotate synchronously to revolve the stirring blade (16) fixed on the eccentric seat (12). At the same time, the agitating blade completes the rotation motion around the fixed internal gear (11) through the planetary gear (13) at the upper end of the agitating blade shaft (14). After the stirring pot (17) and the support (18) are rotated and locked by the eccentric groove and the sand is added to the sand tank, the sand can be automatically sanded or manually added at the specified time, and the handle (20) is used for lifting and positioning the stirring pot position. .
Five, cement mortar mixer operation and use of editing
Plug the power plug of JJ-5 cement mortar mixer into the power socket and turn on the power. When the red indicator light is on, it indicates that the power is turned on. Then insert the program controller plug into the local program controller socket. The digital controller of the program controller is displayed as 0. 1350g standard sand, the stirring pot is filled with water 225g, cement 450g, the stirring pot is loaded into the bearing positioning hole, the pot is turned clockwise until it is locked, and then the handle is moved to make the stirring pot move upward in the stirring working positioning position.
Electrical operation is divided into manual and automatic:
1. Auto: Turn the knob switch 1K to the automatic position, press the programmable controller start button, that is, automatically complete a low speed for 30 seconds - then low speed for 30 seconds, and automatically add sand - high speed 30 seconds - stop for 90 seconds - High speed 60 seconds - work program to stop rotation. The entire process is 240 seconds ± 1 second. Then, pull the handle to move the stirring pot down, turn the stirring pot counterclockwise to the release position, and remove the stirring pot.
2. Manual: Turn the knob switch to the manual position, the machine will rotate. According to the test requirements, the low speed and high speed rotation time can be arbitrarily controlled. When the rotation is slow, the sanding time is controlled early, late, long and short. The toggle switch 2K controls low speed and high speed, 3K controls sanding and stops sanding.
Note: The three-phase power supply wiring of the socket must ensure that the direction of the revolution of the blade is consistent with the direction marked on the body. Otherwise, the stirring mechanism is easily damaged. If the direction is reversed, any two of the three-phase power cables can be connected.
Sixth, adjustment and maintenance editor
1. Adjustment: The working gap between the stirring blade and the stirring pot has been adjusted to 3±1mm before leaving the factory.
The working gap of the stirring blade and the stirring pot is adjusted, and the adjusting nut (15) can be loosened to rotate the stirring blade to move up and down, and then the detecting rod is used to detect the correct gap, and then the adjusting nut (15) can be tightened.
2, maintenance:
(1) The workplace should be kept clean. After each use, thoroughly remove the residual mortar inside and outside the mixing bowl and the mixing pot, and clean the mortar and dirt on the scattered and splashing machine. After drying, put on the shield. Prevent dust.
(2) There is no external oil filler hole in this unit. In the transmission box, the moving parts such as the worm gear, the gear and the bearing are added with butter once a quarter. When refueling, open the upper cover and then open the transmission cover. Between the support and the column guide, the lifting mechanism should be dripped frequently. Lubricate the oil, and maintain it once a year. Clean and fill the machine with grease and grease.
(3) If there is metal impact noise during the operation of the machine, first check whether the gap between the stirring blade and the stirring pot is correct.
(4) When using the stirring pot, it should be handled gently and not randomly, so as not to cause deformation of the stirring pot.
(5) The electrical insulation should be checked frequently. The cold insulation resistance is ≥5MΩ at a temperature of 20 °C ± 5 °C and a relative humidity of 50% to 70%.
