The production of mortar test block, the value of curing and compressive strength, what are the regulations?
Test block production:
1. Apply oil to the inner wall of the 70.7*70.7*70.7mm bottomless metal or plastic test mold and place it on ordinary bricks pre-coated with wet paper with good water absorption. The moisture content of the brick should not exceed 2%.
2. After the mortar is mixed, fill the test mold once, and use a reinforced steel with a diameter of 10mm and a length of 350mm (the one end is hemispherical) to be evenly inserted 25 times, and then insert the paint on the four sides with a paint scraper several times along the wall of the test mold. Should be higher than the top surface of the test die 6 ~ 8mm.
3. When the surface of the mortar begins to appear in the state of the spot (about 15 to 30 minutes), the upper part of the mortar is flattened along the top surface of the test piece.
Test block maintenance:
1. After the test block is made, it should be cured in a positive temperature environment. When the temperature is low, the time can be extended appropriately, but no more than two days and nights, then the test blocks are numbered and demoulded.
2. After the test piece is demolished, it should be continuously maintained for 28 days under standard curing conditions or natural curing conditions, and then subjected to pressure test.
3. Standard maintenance
(1) Cement mixed mortar should be cured at a temperature of 20+30C and a relative humidity of 60-80%.
(2) Cement mortar and micro-moisture mortar should be cured in a humid environment with a temperature of 20+30C and a relative humidity of 90% or more.
4. Natural conservation
(1) Cement mixed mortar should be cured at a positive temperature and a relative humidity of 60-80% (such as in a maintenance tank or in a non-ventilated room).
(2) Cement mortar and micro-moisture mortar should be maintained at a positive temperature and kept in the test block and the surface is wet (such as in a wet sand pile).
5. Test block value:
Each group of test blocks is 6 pieces, and the arithmetic mean of the test results of the 6 test pieces is taken as the compressive strength of the set of mortar blocks.
