Multi-functional concrete bond strength detector is suitable for on-site inspection of building strength concrete strength test (C10～C80), external wall facing brick bond strength and other tensile strength. Concrete strength testing is based on the principle of post-loading and extraction, and the concrete strength is calculated by measuring the pull-out force of the anchor placed in the concrete. The bonding strength of the facing brick is measured by measuring the tensile force generated by the three-point reaction force on the bonding material.

Use and characteristics

The SHJ-40 multi-function strength detector is used to test the bonding strength of building engineering facing bricks, mosaics and walls or floors and concrete strength.

The instrument is a small hydraulic force measuring device. When detecting the bonding strength of the facing brick, the tensile force is generated by the three-point reaction support to the bonding material of the facing brick, and the concrete is detected by the principle of the post-loading and pulling method. The force required to anchor the anchor in the concrete to calculate the strength of the concrete.

The instrument consists of a heart-type jack, a hand pump, a triangular chassis and a force measuring device. It has the characteristics of one machine, two-purpose, novel structure, small size, convenient operation and complete functions.

The detector oil pump is manually loaded, the driving torque is small, the rocking direction is comfortable and reasonable, and the loading is continuous and uniform.

Using single-chip microcomputer as the core intelligent data processor, the internal battery can be charged, with full digital display, automatic zeroing (can eliminate the measurement error caused by friction in the hydraulic system), peak hold selection, 50 data can be stored, under voltage and Over-range display and other functions.

Precautions

(1) Intelligent pressure value display is a precision instrument. Pay attention to shock and moisture during use and pull the wire between the connector and the plug.

(2) There is dispersion between each sensor. The sensor and host of the detector have been calibrated and must not be interchanged with other sensors or hosts.

(3) Always keep the detector and accessories clean and, if necessary, add lubricant to the rotating parts. The hydraulic system should be filled with clean N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil or oil with similar specifications.

(4) When drilling holes and grinding grooves on concrete, water must be added to cool, otherwise the life of drill bit and grinding wheel will be seriously affected.

(5) The detector has been calibrated at the factory, and can be calibrated once a year according to the specific conditions during use.

(6) The user shall not disassemble any part of the instrument and the detector without authorization, otherwise no warranty will be given.
