Third, the railway casing drawing instrument structure
The railway casing drawing instrument is a pulling tool for the railway cement sleeper thread spikes.
It consists of a base, a pull rod, an elastic cone, a tightening rod, a lifting nut, a snap ring and a thrust bearing. The pull rod is a hollow rod with external thread and is processed with a tapered surface matched with the elastic cone head. The tapered portion of the elastic cone head is also processed with a plurality of elastic grooves, and the convex surface of the base and the rail of the rail are avoided on the base. The bottom is machined with a bevel and the screw can be removed. When using, screw the rod into the base and place it on the sleeper, so that the threaded spike penetrates into it. Screw the elastic cone to the thread of the spike with the tightening rod. After tightening, remove the tightening rod to prevent the tightening rod from being too high. Invade the traffic limit. Then, the lifting nut is twisted to screw out the pulling rod. During the screwing process, the elastic cone head clamps the threaded spike under the action of the taper cone surface, and moves with the pulling rod in the direction of screwing out. 1. Install the detector:
Screw the tie rod together with the beam onto the spike to be inspected, place the post on the shoulder of the sleeper and connect it to the adjustment nut.
2. Place the pressure pump on the sleeper platform, rotate the adjustment nut or the pressure pump pressure handle to make the top of the pressure pump contact the instrument main beam (this fashion is not forceful), and keep the beam at a basic level.
3. Install the meter on the top of the instrument's force beam, which can be used.
