1 Test purpose
The purpose of the bolt pull-out force test is to determine the anchorability of the surrounding rock of the roadway, to evaluate the performance of the anchor, resin, surrounding rock anchoring system and the anchoring force of the anchor. The test must be carried out on site, using the same materials and equipment as the normal support of the roadway.
2 Anchor pull force test tools and equipment
The tools and equipment tested mainly include:
(1) Anchor tension meter (range > 200kN, resolution ≤ 1.0kN)
(2) Drilling tools.
3 Preparation
3.1 Location selection
The test site should be as close as possible to the heading face, and the surrounding rock should be flat, without falling off and chipping. The test anchor should be installed away from the steel strip (rebar ladder), not less than 300mm from the adjacent anchor.
3.2 Anchor and anchoring agent
The surface of the test anchor shall be free from rust, oil, paint or other contaminants. The resin anchoring agent is selected according to the design.
3.3 Drilling
Drill holes at selected locations with a bolt drill. Drill diameter, bolt diameter, and resin diameter were measured before the test.
3.4 Anchor installation
(1) Put the resin anchoring agent into the hole and slowly push it to the bottom of the hole with a bolt;
(2) Using a bolt drill to push the anchor to the bottom of the hole while rotating, then rotate for 5s to 10s to stop;
(3) After waiting for 30s, retreat the anchor rig;
(4) Mark well for testing.
4 Anchor pull force test
The drawing test was carried out 0.5 h to 4.0 h after the anchor was installed. The short time affects the strength of the anchoring agent after curing. If the time is too long, the measurement result will be affected by the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway.
Install the instrument to ensure that the centerline of the anchor dynamometer cylinder coincides with the anchor axis. Before the test, check the oil quantity of the hand pump and the connection parts are firm, and then test after confirming the error. The test was completed by two people, one person loaded and one person recorded. The manual pump lever should be operated slowly and evenly during the test. When the anchor rod shows a significant displacement, stop the pressure and record the reading of the bolt dynamometer at this time, which is the pull test value.
5, bolt pull test requirements
For every 300 bolts in the coal roadway or for tunneling 100 meters, three sets of anchors are tested, including 2 sets of top anchors and 1 set of anchors. And a group of anchor cable pre-tightening tests were carried out correspondingly, and two anchor cables were tested.
Test requirements:
(1), anchor: Φ16mm left-handed without longitudinal reinforcement and other strong threaded steel anchors, the pull-out force is greater than 40KN.
(2), Φ18mm left-handed without longitudinal reinforcement and other strong threaded steel anchors, the pull-out force is greater than 60KN.
(3), Φ22mm left-handed without longitudinal reinforcement and other strong threaded steel anchors, the pull-out force is greater than 100KN.
