1. Check the oil quantity: If the hydraulic cylinder piston is not fully retracted into the cylinder body, first connect it to the hand pressure pump through the oil pipe, and loosen the unloading valve on the pump body counterclockwise to discharge the hydraulic oil in the jack. Go to the hand pump reservoir. Unscrew the oil filling valve and check the oil quantity. If the oil is not full, you can add N46 wear hydraulic oil or No. 20 oil.
2. Exhaust: After the hydraulic system is assembled, air is often mixed in the oil storage cylinder, oil pipe and hydraulic cylinder. In order to make the hydraulic system normal, the air must be drained. The method is to place the manual pump slightly higher than the hydraulic cylinder, press the manual pump to extend the hydraulic cylinder piston, and then open the unloading valve to retract the piston for several times. If necessary, open the oil filling valve to remove air from the oil reservoir.
3. Detecting the anchor: connect the oil pipe to the jack, and check the oil quantity, exhaust and pressure gauge according to the requirements of items 1 and 2 above. As shown in Figure 2, pull the lever (please specify the specifications when ordering or bring it according to the actual test conditions) and screw it to the end of the bolt. If the outer diameter of the inner thread of the rod is larger than the center hole of the cylinder, add a long sleeve at the bottom of the cylinder. Put on the hydraulic cylinder (to make the piston end outward), then screw on the nut and tighten the relief valve clockwise.
Press the handle of the oil pump, the force should be even, do not use too much force, stop the pressure when the reading on the pressure gauge reaches the requirement. Note that the hand pump must be placed horizontally to work. After the test is completed, the discharge valve should be loosened in the direction of the reverse needle, so that the pressure gauge reads zero, and then the components are removed from the anchor.

1. The hydraulic oil to be used in this product is L-HM32# anti-wear hydraulic oil. The best use environment is -20 °C ~ 45 °C. It is strictly forbidden to use alcohol, glycerin, brake oil, ordinary engine oil, etc. as hydraulic oil.
2. The tool has a rated pressure of 60 MPa and a maximum pressure of 80 MPa. In addition, in order to increase the service life of the pressure gauge, it generally does not exceed 75% of the maximum pressure.
3. The joints of the oil pump and the cylinder of the tool are subjected to high pressure. Therefore, the joint should be protected, and the joint should not be damaged and the seal and normal work should be affected. Do not use the wrench to pull the joint on the hose to prevent the buckle from loosening. And the rubber leaking oil is scrapped.
4. The oil cylinder and piping of the tool should always be cleaned with clean kerosene to ensure that the tool works properly and prolongs its service life.
5. Note: Do not block dirt on the inlet and outlet of each oil circuit. This product is guaranteed for one year and is free to use for users.
