Which test pieces are suitable for concrete anti-cracking fixtures
The concrete anti-cracking fixture is made according to the national standard GB/T50081-2002 "Standard for the test of mechanical properties of ordinary concrete". It can meet the cube standard test piece with side length of 150mm (or 100mm non-standard cube test piece with side length). The splitting resistance test can also meet the split tensile strength test of cylindrical standard specimens (or non-standard specimens with side lengths of mm100mm×200mm) of Ф150mm×300mm under special circumstances.

Fourth, anti-cracking fixture test steps
1. The test piece is made of cube standard test pieces with a side length of 150 mm, and each set of 3 test pieces.
2. A steel curved strip is used between the test machine and the test piece. The wooden plywood pad should be padded between the steel mat and the test piece. The requirements of the wooden plywood pad are 15-20mm wide and 3-4mm thick. The length of the two strips (plates) shall not be less than the length of the side of the test piece, and the wooden backing plates shall not be reused.
3, anti-cracking fixture test steps
(1) Check the appearance of the test piece and measure the size.
(2) The position where the top surface and the bottom surface of the molding are cut out.
(3) Place the test piece, curved steel pad and wooden backing plate as shown in the figure. The axis of the test piece should be aligned with the center of the lower press plate of the test machine, and the pad should be perpendicular to the top surface of the test piece.
(4) Loading: When the compressive strength of the test piece is lower than 30Mpa, the loading speed is 0.02-0.05MPa/s. When the compressive strength of the test piece is equal to or higher than 30MPa, it should be 0.05-0.08MPa/s. When the test piece is near to destruction and the deformation is rapidly increasing, stop adjusting the throttle of the test machine until the test piece is destroyed. Record the maximum load to the nearest 0.01 MPa.
4. Splitting tensile strength of concrete cube specimens with anti-cracking fixture is calculated by the following formula:

——The area of the cracked surface of the test piece (mm2).
5. Anti-cracking fixture The arithmetic mean of the measured values of the three test pieces is taken as the splitting tensile strength value of the test piece.
